Yield 1 ½ cups              Portion            1 Tablespoon

Ingredient:

1 cup YOGURT, PLAIN, LOWFAT
½ tsp VINEGAR, DISTILLED
¼ tsp MUSTARD, DRY
⅛ tsp GARLIC POWDER
⅛ tsp ONION POWDER
¼ cup CHEESE, BLUE-VEINED

Method:

  1. Place yogurt, vinegar, mustard flour, garlic powder, and onion powder in mixer bowl.
  2. Using whip, mix at low speed 2 minutes until just blended.
  3. Fold in cheese until just blended.
