Yield 1 ⅓ cups Portion 1 Tablespoon
1 cup SOUR CREAM, LOW FAT
⅓ cup SALAD DRESSING, MAYONNAISE TYPE
2 tsp VINEGAR, DISTILLED
¼ tsp SALT
¼ cup plus 1 Tbsp CHEESE, BLUE-VEINED
- Carefully blend salad dressing into sour cream.
- Combine vinegar, crumbled blue-veined cheese, and salt. Add to sour cream mixture stirring carefully. Stir with wire whip until blended.
- Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
