BLUE CHEESE AND SOUR CREAM DRESSING
Servings: 1.5 CUPS
- 1 cup SOUR CREAM LOW FAT
- ⅓ cup MAYONNAISE
- 2 tsp VINEGAR DISTILLED
- ¼ tsp SALT
- ¼ cup plus 1 Tbsp CHEESE BLUE-VEINED
- Carefully blend mayonnaise into sour cream.
- Combine vinegar, crumbled, blue-veined cheese, and salt. Add to the sour cream mixture stirring carefully. Stir with wire whip until blended.
- Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
