- ¾ cup raisins chopped
- ¼ cup dark rum
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups cream
- 2 cups milk
- ¾ cup sugar
Instructions
DIRECTIONS
- Combine raisins, rum and vanilla extract in small bowl: cover and stand overnight.
- Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly; pour into an ice cream maker.
- Add ice cream base to yourice cream maker and follow manufacturer's instructions to churn.
