  • ¾ cup raisins chopped
  • ¼ cup dark rum
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups cream
  • 2 cups milk
  • ¾ cup sugar

Instructions

DIRECTIONS

  • Combine raisins, rum and vanilla extract in small bowl: cover and stand overnight.
  • Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly; pour into an ice cream maker.
  • Add ice cream base to yourice cream maker and follow manufacturer's instructions to churn.
