Ingredients

INGREDIENT:

  • 8 oz CELERY FRESH, CHOPPED
  • 8 oz ONIONS FRESH, CHOPPED
  • ½ oz COOKING SPRAY NONSTICK
  • 2 ½ lbs BREAD HONEY, WHOLE WHEAT, SLICED
  • 1 lb SAUSAGE PORK, COOKED, DICED
  • 5 cups CHICKEN BROTH
  • ½ tsp THYME GROUND
  • ½ tsp SEASONING POULTRY
  • ¼ tsp PEPPER BLACK, GROUND
  • ½ oz COOKING SPRAY NONSTICK

Instructions

Method

  • Lightly spray non-stick cooking spray in heavy skillet over medium heat Break up sausage, stir-cook stirring constantly for about 10 minutes.
  • Lightly spray non-stick cooking spray in heavy skillet over medium heat. Stir-cook celery and onions for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
  • Combine bread and sausage. Pour cooked vegetables over bread and sausage; toss lightly.
  • Combine stock, thyme, poultry seasoning, and pepper; add to bread mixture. Mix lightly. DO NOT OVER MIX.
  • Place mixture into each lightly sprayed pan.
  • Using a convection oven, bake at 325 F. 1 hour.
