PORK LOIN ROAST AND SAUERKRAUT

Ingredients
INGREDIENTS:
- 5 lb PORK LOIN, BONELESS, RAW
- 2 lb SAUERKRAUT SHREDDED, CANNED, DRAINED
- 15 oz APPLESAUCE CANNED, SWEETENED
- 1 tsp CARRAWAY SEED
- 2 Tbsp SUGAR BROWN, PACKED
- 1 tsp PAPRIKA GROUND
- 1 tsp SALT
- 1/4 tsp PEPPER BLACK, GROUND
- 1/4 C WATER
Instructions
DIRECTIONS:
- Rub the salt, pepper, caraway seed and paprika over the pork loin
- Pour in the water.
- Place the pork loin on the sauerkraut.
- Cover the pork loin with the applesauce.
- Turn on slow cooker to low, cover, and cook 3-4 hours.
- For frozen pork loin follow same directions and cook for 7 to 8 hours on low
