Ingredients

INGREDIENTS:

  • 5 lb PORK LOIN, BONELESS, RAW
  • 2 lb SAUERKRAUT SHREDDED, CANNED, DRAINED
  • 15 oz APPLESAUCE CANNED, SWEETENED
  • 1 tsp CARRAWAY SEED
  • 2 Tbsp SUGAR BROWN, PACKED
  • 1 tsp PAPRIKA GROUND
  • 1 tsp SALT
  • 1/4 tsp PEPPER BLACK, GROUND
  • 1/4 C WATER

Instructions

DIRECTIONS:

  • Rub the salt, pepper, caraway seed and paprika over the pork loin
  • Pour in the water.
  • Place the pork loin on the sauerkraut.
  • Cover the pork loin with the applesauce.
  • Turn on slow cooker to low, cover, and cook 3-4 hours.
  • For frozen pork loin follow same directions and cook for 7 to 8 hours on low
