- 4 lb. PORK TENDERLOIN
- ¼ tsp PEPPER BLACK, GROUND
Instructions
Method
- Tie roasts. Place roast fat side up in roasting pan. Sprinkle with pepper.
- Insert meat thermometer in center of the thickest part of a roast. DO NOT ADD WATER. DO NOT COVER.
- Using a convection oven, roast 45 - 60 minutes at 325 F. Internal temperature 145° to 160° F
