- 3 ½ lb BEEF SWISS STEAK, LEAN, RAW
- ¼ C OIL SALAD
- 1 ½ lb ONIONS FRESH, SLICED
- 1 tsp SALT
- ¼ tsp PEPPER BLACK,
- 1 C BEEF BROTH
Instructions
Method
- Brown steaks on 350 F. well-greased griddle; 1 minute on each side.
- Place steaks in roasting pans.
- Evenly distribute onions over steaks in pan
- Prepare stock according to directions. Add salt and pepper; stir.
- Pour stock over steaks in pan. Cover pan.
- Using a convection oven, bake 1-1/2 hours at 325 F. or until tender.
