- 1 lb BROCCOLI FRESH, BUNCH
- ⅔ c SALAD DRESSING MAYONNAISE TYPE
- ⅓ c SUGAR GRANULATED
- 1 Tbsp VINEGAR DISTILLED
- 1 tsp MILK NONFAT, DRY
- 1 Tbsp WATER
- 1 c RAISINS PACKED
- ¾ C WALNUTS SHELLED, HALVES AND PIECES
- 1 Tbsp ONIONS FRESH, CHOPPED
- Cut broccoli heads into florets. Dice stems.
- Reconstitute milk. Combine salad dressing, sugar, vinegar, and milk. Mix well. Add to broccoli.
- Add raisins, walnuts (optional), and onions to broccoli mixture. Stir to coat all pieces with dressing.
