COLE SLAW

- 1.5 lbs CABBAGE GREEN, FRESH, SHREDDED (9 cups)
- 1 c CARROT FRESH, SHREDDED
- 1 c SALAD DRESSING MAYONNAISE TYPE
- 1 tsp SALT
- 3 Tbsp SUGAR GRANULATED
- 1 Tbsp VINEGAR DISTILLED
- 1 tsp PAPRIKA GROUND
Instructions
Method
- Chill cabbage in covered container until crisp.
- Combine Salad Dressing, salt, sugar, and vinegar.
- Add to cabbage; mix well.
- Cover; refrigerate until ready to serve. Just before serving, sprinkle lightly with paprika to garnish.
