- 1 Tbsp MILK WHOLE
- 1 tsp JUICE LEMON
- 1 Tbsp SUGAR GRANULATED
- ⅓ c SALAD DRESSING MAYONNAISE TYPE
- ¾ c CELERY FRESH, CHOPPED
- ½ c WALNUTS SHELLED, CHOPPED
- 3 ¾ c APPLES FRESH, MEDIUM, UNPEELED, DICED
- 16 LETTUCE LEAVES, FRESH
- Combine lemon juice, sugar, and Regular Salad Dressing. Add to milk. Mix well.
- Add celery, nuts, and apples to Salad Dressing mixture. Toss well to coat pieces.
- Place 1 lettuce leaf on each serving dish; add salad. Cover; refrigerate until ready to serve.
