  • 1 lb BEEF, GROUND, RAW
  • 1 ONIONS, FRESH, CHOPPED MEDIUM
  • 2 GARLIC, CLOVES, LARGE minced
  • 1 TOMATO, SAUCE, 15oz can
  • 1 TOMATOES, DICED 14.5oz can
  • 1 ½ C WATER, COLD
  • 2 BAY LEAVES, DRIED
  • 1 tsp SALT, SEASON (LAWRY'S SEASONING SALT)
  • 1 Tbsp OREGANO, CRUSHED
  • 1 Tbsp WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
  • 1 tsp BASIL, DRIED, CRUSHED
  • 1/2 tsp PEPPER, BLACK, GROUND
  • C MACARONI NOODLES, ELBOW, DRY LARGE

Instructions

Method:

  • In a large dutch oven, brown the beef breaking it up as it cooks. Stir in the onion and garlic. Cook until the onions are tender.
  • Add the remaining ingredients, except macaroni. Simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Stir in the pasta, cover, simmer over low heat until the pasta is tender, about 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Discard bay leaves.
  • Serve
